Please be advised if you wish to submit a records request pertaining police information (ie: citations, accident reports, video footage, etc.) related to an incident which occurred within the unincorporated area of Effingham County please contact the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office at (912) 754-3449 or via email prushing@effinghamcounty.org

If your records request relates to filings (deeds, plats, court records, divorce decrees and the like) your petition should be submitted to Clerk of Superior Court office at (912) 754-2118.
